Cancellation Policy

All AIX Expo Only and/or Exhibitor registration cancellations must be submitted online by October 1, 2026, to receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after October 1, 2026. Substitutes are welcome. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.
